AVAILABLE 02-03-15 On 01-06-15 Edmond and Max were dropped off by their owner at their Pet Sitter's house with plans to pick them up. However on 01-06-15, the owner informed the Pet Sitter that they would not be picking the dogs up as they could no longer care for them. The Pet Sitter was able to keep Edmond and Max until
01-28-15 when she had to go out of town, so she brought them to the Animal Shelter. Needless to say the dogs were more than confused and quite scared. However, since their arrival, they have settled in and their sweet friendly personalities have emerged. They are both neutered and housetrained. Max is a 15yr. old Black Lab Mix and Edmond is a 6yr. old Yellow Lab/Greyhound Mix. Both tested negative for heart worms and their shots are up to date. They are great on leash and can easily be walked together by one person. Please come to the Shelter in Elizabeth City and meet these sweet gentlemen - you might decide to walk them both to your car. They qualify for our SOS program which means their adoption fee is 50% to a 55 or older adopter. However, they both could be adopted together by anyone for one adoption fee. They have lots of love and loyalty to give.
