My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is a unique Yorkie/Crested mix. He is good around people in general but seems to be driven towards the companionship of a female owner. While tolerate of males and willing to take commands from them, he is anxious when separated from his female human and will whine/bark/yell for her until she showers him with attention.

Teddy has a history of fear nipping and being skittish but warms up to a household in due time and that behavior is never seen again, however, it is recommended that he live with a female(s) with few to no children (the older the better) and not a lot of commotion and disruption. He tends to get nippy when he is sleeping with his human and his other human decides that it is time to get up to go out but nothing too dramatic. He rides well in a car and is house trained (he will mark in a new environment and may take a few weeks to retrain, as most dogs do).

He doesn't pay any attention to cats as he is more interested in his human and doesn't care about other dogs. He tends to let it be known that he prefers his human to himself but is quickly subdued with a quick "no," he loves chew bones, playing with toys and of course treats. Overall Teddy is an awesome little guy that just craves companionship.
