My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tai is a very sweet girl. She gets along with everyone; cats, dogs, adults and little kids. She is a fairly quiet little girl and goes with the flow.

She enjoys being touched and loved on and definitely likes to play with toys, as long as no other dogs act like they want the toy, otherwise she will let them have it and walk away. So we feel that if she was in a home with no other or few other dogs that she will come out of her shell a bit more.

She is afraid of feet and is scared to walk out the door with someone beside it and has a tendency to yelp if she feels that she is going to be grabbed. She was previously in a breeding program but we are unsure of how many litters she had. She was recently diagnosed with an inverted vulva that had caused urine burn. We have had the surgically corrected but she will need her vaginal area monitored for any additional irritation. She has runny eyes that can sometimes cause a sore to appear by the corner of her eye, however, a bit of gold bond powder (or Neo-Predef from your vet) daily will keep this under control as well as keeping her face shaved.

Tai would do wonderful with an older person but would do equally well with a younger, mildly active family. She really does well in every situation as she is a pretty relaxed little girl.
