Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Noah is a 9 week old, 7lb Potcake. He's the smallest of his litter, but makes up for it with his adorable disposition and fearlessness. Noah is as sweet as they come,he loves to play with his siblings and toys, but outside in the sunshine is his favorite place to be.
What is a Potcake?
The best description would be a cross between, but not limited to, the German Shepherd, Labrador, and Terrier.
The type's name is derived from the term "potcake", which refers to the congealed rice mixture at the bottom of the family cooking pot that Bahamians have traditionally fed dogs that run the islands.
A Potcake is a dog that many should consider bringing home. They are among the smartest "breed" in existence today. They are protective without being violent, and very sensitive to the feelings of their "people". They express guilt when they have done something wrong.
Potcakes are an excellent choice for someone who wants to share their life with an extremely intelligent, quick witted and bonded companion. They are beautifully graceful runners, intuitively empathetic, and the right match for someone desiring a long-term, interactive relationship with another intelligent species.
*Adoptions can not be finalized until spay/neuter.
