My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey guys! My name is Clubber and I'm a higher energy guy that loves to run and play with my kids or go for structured walks/runs with my mom or dad. I also appreciate my down time and love being around my family while they need quiet company. I came into rescue when I was hit by a garbage truck on Christmas Eve and was going to be euthanized at the county shelter. I'm all healed up now and you'd never be able to tell I was ever hurt. You don't need house shoes while I'm around because I like to help keep your feet warm while you wash dishes or watch tv and i lay calmly under the kitchen table or desk while you work on projects. I'm a vocal guy and like to talk to whoever I'm playing with at the time. I play well with other dogs but would do best with another guy or gal that likes to wrestle and romp like I do. I'm housebroken and don't chew on any of mom's things as long as I have my own toys available to play with. I'll need a bit of a refresher course in potty training but I do well in a crate at night and don't "raise the roof" when asked to go into it. Overall, I'm a great dog, if I do say so myself, and would do exceptionally well with an energetic family or person that will love me for all of the things that make me an individual!
