My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Shorty and we think I’m around 7 yrs old. I’m a neutered male and larger than your typical shorty Jack at over 20lbs. My foster Mom says I have a beautiful smooth white coat and everyone loves the cute “dipstick” brown spot on my tail. MAJR pulled me from ACCT Philly after my owner got evicted. We don’t know much about my background but I’m getting along great with my Jack foster siblings and I love to have visitors. I’m a quiet guy, rarely bark and low maintenance. My favorite thing is to nap on my bed or snuggle on the couch, so I guess you could say I’m more of an inside dog. I’m polite with treats and food, walk well on a leash, crate trained and well behaved with guests. I’m working on my commands and listen well. The vet said I have some eye issues with cataracts even though I’m not that old, but it hasn’t affected my vision significantly or my ability to get around on my own, even outside at night in the yard. If you’re looking for a snuggle bug to complete your family, I’m your man. Currently in a foster home in NJ but close to PA so don't let the distance discourage you! Won't you please consider making me the newest member of your family?
