As "cute" as Francis is, he needs a special potential owner ... Francis has serious trust issues, and requires an owner who can manage his moments of poor behavior with new people. His background is from abuse, and should not be with children, and definitely with a person(s) who understands that trust is built through consistency, affection at the right times, and awareness to what triggers him. Another dog in the home would be great, and he's good with cats who are comfortable with dogs. Great on leash, and in the vehicle, respectful in the house.
