My story

Ok let's admit it, Oliver might not be the most traditionally handsome dog we have ever seen but once you get to know him you can't help but love that toothy smile! Oliver has spent most of his 6 years in a shelter. When we heard about him we knew we wanted to help. We brought him to our shelter and he was so scared we could not even touch him. Our staff has worked hard to help him and he has gone through a training program. Oliver is doing wonderfully and loves getting the affection he had been lacking for so long. Oliver loves to sit in your lap and give you kisses! He goes home occasionally with staff to give him a break from the shelter and he has done well with their quiet dogs and cats. If you are looking for the perfect dog Oliver may not be for you. If you are looking for a dog that would appreciate your love and affection immensely Oliver might be your guy! With a little work and patience Oliver will be the greatest friend!
