Sarah is a 7 month old spayed female elkhound with AKC registration who is in need of a new home. She was born on July 17,2014, and was spayed in February. Her owners are older/disabled and unable to keep her since she is a normal, active puppy. They took her when her breeder, to whom they are related, was hospitalized. She is shy upon first meeting and would benefit from a patient and experienced elkhound owner. Sarah is not aggressive and is doing well on her housebreaking and is up to date on all her shots. She will need a fenced yard to help her release some of her puppy energy. She is just too active for the seniors who have her now.
