My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Misty - young adult, we are guessing around 3-4 years old. She had a miserable life before being found living in a mound of garbage. She was filthy, had a wire wrapped around her leg that was so tight her leg was dead for a while before she was found. It had to be amputated. Poor Misty had been through hell and back. She is fearful of young children and other animals. But she is making huge progress at her foster home. She is mellow, grateful and loves to cuddle. She's under 20 pounds, naturally has long soft hair. We see some Schnauzer or Westie in the face structure but the hair says terrier or Maltese. We really don't know. She is house trained, I know, surprising. ;) Not a barker but if she feels threatened she puts on a good show.
