Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Angel has had a very rough beginning. She was one of five pups that where born to a feral mother in a dump in southern Kentucky. She and her litter where captured and they came to us here in Ohio. Angel was by far the most terrified of her siblings but we found her a home with an experienced adopter! Unfortunately that ended up being a little to much for the adopter to handle and Angel ended up being surrendered back to us after a 19 day stint where she had run from the house and was missing in the frigid winter weather. Her rescuer ended up taking her home, after finding her and falling in love with her! The home is perfect! Two other dogs and a full time stay at home mom. The problem is the three children who are very little. Although Angel does not show any aggression towards them at all she is super terrified of all the activity and noise. She needs a home with a calm and quiet feel, no small children but certainly other dogs who she can identify and find comfort with as she does her current puppy siblings! She has been around cats and is not at all aggressive towards them or other dogs. She really is a sweet girl! She needs someone who is a stay at home who can make sure she is going out to potty on a regular schedule but her potty training is coming along beautifully!! After her long time running on her own when she was lost she did lose a significant amount of weight so she has not been spayed yet because we need to get a healthy weight back on her but it is contracted that she will be spayed before she is one year old! She is just shy of 6 months old now. She is beautiful and wants so much to trust the calm, quiet adults in her life but the children are just to scary!! She has never tried to bite or nip she just runs and hides and sometimes will potty out of fear! Can you be the quiet, calm, loving person who Angel grows old with??
