Meet Georgie!
This sweet one and a half year old pit bull type dog mix is looking for his forever home and he's hoping it's with YOU! Georgie is currently located at Wags to Riches Animal Rescue in Yakima, Washington.
Georgie is a wonderful boy who loves to be loved. He is extremely affectionate and has never met a person he didn't like, no matter the age! He has been around children and loves when new people visit him in his foster home, he greets everyone with the classic full body wiggle!
Georgie also seems to LOVE other dogs! He wouldn't mind a female dog around his size (50 pounds or more) in his new home! Georgie hasn't met a lot of dogs in his life, and would love a new family who is dedicated to getting him the socialization he needs and wants. All the dogs he has met he has greeted with a wiggle of happiness and excitement.
What else does Georgie love?! LOTS of stuff! Georgie LOVES swimming, a game of fetch in the river or lake makes him one happy dog. Georgie also loves walks, car rides, playing frisbee, and anything and everything that squeaks. And cutest of all....Georgie LOVES his bed! Georgie's foster family keeps his bed put away during the day so nobody chews it up, and when they bring it back out each night for Georgie to sleep on, he gets extremely excited!
Georgie is a wonderful boy who deserves a wonderful home where he gets to spend his days as part of the family. All he asks in return in some love, lots of exercise, and a bit of positive reinforcement training. Ask about him today!
