My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mimzy , she was adopted recently and is back with us due to no fault of her own. We honestly are not sure what breed mimzy is , she is tiny ( about 25 lbs tops) . Mimzy was brought into the local shelter as a stray and it was quickly realized that she was deaf. She also had a few small patches of demodex mange that were most likely caused by stress. Mimzy was brought into rescue to avoid added shelter stress. She went into a wonderful foster home where she underwent treatment for her demodex ( non -contagious) and learned her name and hand signals . Her foster mom said that she was a quick study and it a short time she learned about 10 commands and was working on more daily . Now that she is back with us she will continue her treatment if needed and she will also continue to learn commands and hand signals. Mimzy loves to snuggle , she is great with kids, is acclimating to the dog in the home , is not a fan of cats......we feel that at least for now she should be the only pet in the home . She is crate trained but she hates the crate and prefers to be with you . She is a goofy little snuggle bug.
