Neg is a small black3 year old male, found intact near the Hwy 294 dump in Cherokee County, NC.  He had been abandoned.  He is house trained, friendly, and affectionate and knows commands.  He looks like he could be a griffon mix or maybe a shih tzu and minature schnauzer mix?
