My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BJ Beare is an absolutely gorgeous shepherd mix. Born in April 2014, he's on the large side, but that makes him even more beautiful.

BJ Beare came into rescue from a West Tennessee shelter. He is just a ball of energy and love. He gets along with other dogs, and has a terrific time running and chasing with them. He loves to chase cats too, so a cat free home would be perfect for him.

BJ Beare would make a terrific hiking partner for an active family.

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***
