Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Hello, my name is Terry. I am a 14 year old fox terrier and I am looking for a home.
I was born July 11, 2000 and as soon as I was old enough (September 2, 2000) I went to my new home. It was a great home with loving parents. My parents were the best. I enjoy sitting/lying on laps, looking out doors and lying in the sun. When I was younger I loved to chase after laser lights and play with my toys. I have a very accepting personality and do fine with other dogs (at least the small ones, I have not been around big dogs). I get very nervous riding in cars even though Mom used to take me out often – just one of those things I never really liked. We moved a couple of times over the years and I adjusted very well each time.
Over the years, I had issues with the tendons in all 4 of my legs and now I walk on my “forearms”. It is not easy, but I get around. I do not walk on hard surfaces, but do pretty well on carpets, rugs and grass. I still like going out for “walks”. I have a stroller and go from the stroller to the grass and back. It is nice to get out in the fresh air. I have also lost my hearing, but can see very well.
In 2012, my Dad passed away. Then my Mom passed away in May of the same year. I had been living in Mom’s house with one of my sisters, but she passed away on November 3, 2014."
Terry is now in a foster home & searching for a furever family to love him for the rest of his days. He is quiet, sweet, affectionate, & gentle. He is barely 10 pounds. He spends most of his time sleeping. He is potty trained to use a peepad. He loves to spend time outside in the sunshine or just hanging out with his human at home. Will you be his family?
