Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Name: Jazz
Breed: Yorkshire Terrier
Gender: Spayed Female
Age: Approx. 7 yrs 1 mos in Jan. ’15
Weight: Approx. 5 lbs
Energy Level: Low (but may show more energy in a calmer environment)
Apartment Appropriate: Has a lot to say about many things, but may do ok
Good w/ Dogs: Ok with small dogs, though she can be bossy, large dogs unknown
Good w/ Cats: Unknown
Good w/ Kids: No kids, please
Comments: We are still trying to get to know Jazz. She came from the same puppy mill that Boomer, Little John, and Layla came from, but she seems to have had less exposure to kindness than the other pups. Jazz is overwhelmed and understandably shy, and she will need a calm, quiet home with patient adults to help her bloom. She likes to cuddle with Little John, and they can often be found curled up together in a bed having a snuggle. She would probably be fine as an only dog or with a calm dog buddy, but she likes things mellow and can get a little bossy at mealtimes. Jazz is done having babies for somebody else’s profit and is looking forward to being somebody’s baby herself. She so deserves that! If you would like to spend the second half of Jazz’s life showing her the love she missed out on in the first half, please fill out an application today!
