Asta came to our rescue group because his owner passed away... he lived in empty house by himself a while. Our volunteers got a call, visited his house and fell in love with him. Because of cataracts, he is almost blind. But he has the HAPPIEST personality! Our rescue group was full and did not have extra space at the time... but we could not say no for taking this lovely dog into our group after meeting him in person. He has the greatest personality! He is always so happy, loves everybody he meets, is great with other dogs and so adorable. His eye issue is not stopping his activity! We sometimes forget he is almost blind because he does so well in the house.Maybe he can be your next family member?
About 5 years old, neutered male, 16 lbs
Originally he was purchased from AKC breeder by his previous owner. Pure bred mini schnauzer.
