Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please meet Nash! Nash is a very handsome and sweet male Bulldog! He is neutered, vaccinated, vetted and ready for adoption! All of his records will be transferred to his new owner. Nash is approx. 4 years old and he weighs 47 pounds, although he is a bit overweight right now and needs an owner who can work with him on slimming down to a healthier weight. Some of the perks of adopting a dog around Nash's age is that he will come to his new home with some doggie training already under his belt. Also, he is no longer in the that hyperactive, very needy "puppy stage" where he will need constant attention. Just the opposite, Nash is a very well behaved fella! He is already housetrained and has great doggie manners! Nash came into our rescue when he was found wandering dangerously close to a busy road, and a driver picked him up and brought him to safety not a moment too soon! Every effort was made to find an owner who might have lost Nash, but no one came forward. Nash was brought to our rescue's veterinarian's office, where he had all of his vetting completed. The staff heard about Nash's story, and fell in love with him instantly, so they graciously offered to keep Nash at the vet's office until a home is found for him! We gladly accepted this offer, and Nash has been in the great, caring hands of our vet ever since! Nash is living in the vet's office right now, where he has grown accustomed to dogs, cats, children and people coming in and out of the office at all times. Nash is kind of like the office mascot now, since he loves to greet everyone coming in, whether they are two-legged or four-legged! Nash spends his days in the back office of the vet, where several cats also live. Nash gets along fantastically with the cats and doesn't pay much attention to them. Nash also loves to see the other dogs coming in and out of the vet's office, and he is always super friendly and welcoming to the doggies and their owners! He likes to be pet by the children who come in the office as well, and he loves getting treats and pats on the head from the adults just as well! Nash would be the absolute perfect dog for a household with cats, other dogs or children. He is very used to all of these since he's been extremely well socialized at the vet's office! Nash is housetrained and leash-trained. Some of Nash's favorite things include going out on walks, getting belly rubs and being close to those he loves. Nash is extremely outgoing, friendly and social! He loves everyone and everything. Nash has a medium or lower energy level. He listens well and is very responsive to people. Nash's new owner must help Nash shed those extra pounds he's carrying, which will include keeping him on diet doggie food and giving him the exercise he'll need to get back down to a healthier weight. While Nash has thoroughly enjoyed his time at the vet's office and making new friends, it's time for Nash to have a home he can call his own with a family who will adore him just as much as he will adore you!
