My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jake is about 3-5 years old. He's a Lab/Pit x and weighs 45 pounds.
Jake may be the sweetest dog we've had in CAARE! He loves people (kids too!) and is great with other dogs, and loves playing with puppies!
When we got Jake, he was in very bad shape. He was used as a bait dog, his neck and face are full of scars and lacerations. How anyone could do this to such a sweet animal is inconceivable. But he hasn't held a grudge, and just wants to crawl into your lap and give you kisses.
