Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Bijou, I was saved from a high kill shelter in NYC, they found me abandoned in an apartment left all alone. They think I'm about 6 years old. I'm very over weight as you can see. I need to lose about 20 pounds but I think I can do it. I would like to try and get my figure back and be the hottie i used to be. The rescue says I still have to be tested with other dogs, see I'm the new kid on the block, they want me to fit in first before they test me. Right now I'm very lovable, I'll lay in your lap for belly rubs. I like my food so they just put it down and leave me alone. I grumble when they give me something good to chew on, but I stay put. I don't leave my spot. Right now I'm best suited for a home with no small children, teenagers and up for right now. I'd love a home of my own and this is what I asked Santa for Christmas. Can anyone tell me if I'll get this gift? I'm being fostered in Orange County NY. Please email the rescue and ask for an application to take me home.
