Toby is a 14 month old male who loves his 14 month old sister, Tess. Toby starts out a touch slow but warms up pretty quickly. He is more confident that his sister Tess who relies on him. He loves to play with his sister. When not playing he likes to while away the hours looking out the window. Toby and his sister Tess are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together.
