My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Rocky! I’m an 8-month-old Schnoodle, that’s what you get when you mix a Schnauzer and a
Poodle. I only weigh 10 pounds. They tell me I’m handsome, and I have to agree! I am a shy, quiet fellow
who really just wants to snuggle with you and enjoy life on a fluffy doggie bed. Potty training? Oh, I’m
getting really good at that! My foster family is so proud of me because I haven’t had an accident in a
looooong time. And walking on a leash? I’m a quick learner and am doing great! When my foster family
is at work, I stay in a kennel, but if they leave for a short time, I snuggle down on the doggie bed and am
as good as can be!
My foster home has 2 adult humans, 2 pre-teen human boys, and three small dogs. I really like everyone,
but since I’m so shy I need a home with at least one other dog my size who will help me come out of my
shell. Cats? Don’t know about them, as I haven’t met one yet. I’m so calm and easy-going; I think I
would get along fine with a cat!
Here’s what I have puppy dreams about - a fur-ever family that will be patient and gentle with me, since
I’m still a little timid. I need a loving family so I can continue to come out of my shell and learn to enjoy
life.
Rocky is located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We adopt within a 100 mile radius.
Rocky is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and heartworm tested, and micro-chipped.
