My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lulabelle is a beautiful 1 1/2 year old coon hound cross who unexpectedly found herself in a shelter. It didn't take long for her to become a favorite of the shelter volunteers and she was brought to a foster home.

Why was she a favorite? Because she's a total sweetheart. She's a little bit bashful, but she's gaining confidence in her foster home. She such a friendly girl and loves other dogs. Hounds are wonderful family pets. They are loving, loyal, goofy and fun.

Hounds will follow their noses, so Lulabelle's new home should have a fenced yard to keep her safe. She would love an active family where she will get the exercise she needs, but she is also very content to lounge on the couch.

Lulabelle is fully vetted, including microchip. If you are looking for a sweet and loyal family member, Lulabelle just might be the perfect dog for you. Email warmhearts@earthlink.net for an application to adopt. That is the first step in the process. Lulabelle's adoption/vetting fee is $150.00
