Posted 12/7/2014. Hazel is a 2 year old female Coonhound currently looking for her forever home. She would love a family with kids and another dog to play with. Although Hazel enjoys running and playing fetch, she also likes to cuddle and take naps with her humans. Hazel is housebroken and barks to be let out. Hazel also barks when she wants to play or when she wants to go to bed, so a home with neighbors that dislike noise would be a no-no. Hazel’s nest of blankets in her crate is very important to her and she will complain if her humans want her to get out of her crate too early. Hazel is very intelligent and has learned several commands in a short amount of time. Like most smart dogs, she can use these skills selectively so don’t let her fool you. If your family has room for this 40 pound beauty, she promises to give loads of hugs and puppy kisses.
