Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Tiny Tim (they call me Timmy)! I'm a 6 month old bichon frise puppy. My rescuer and foster mom named me Tiny Tim because I only weigh 5 lbs., which means I will likely top off at about 8 - 10 lbs. full grown.
I was rescued from a puppy mill because I apparently didn't sell as a young puppy (6 - 10 weeks old is when they sell them). It's great because now I have a chance at a really great home that I know Safe Haven Bichon and Friends Rescue will make sure I find!
I'm your typical little puppy who loves to play with other dogs and toys, and then when the playing is done, I love to cuddle and take a nap. I'm super sweet when you hold me, according to my foster mom. I just melt in her arms and let her rub my belly. I guess I'm pretty adorable to. At least that's what I'm told.
Since being rescued, I've been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and brought up to date on vaccinations. I'm being fed a high-quality puppy food that doesn't contain any corn, wheat, soy, meat by-products, or other low-quality ingredients, and I hope my new family will continue to feed me a high-quality food for the rest of my life. I'm being fostered in Barneveld, WI, and my adoption fee is $400. If you're interested in adopting me, please email Margaret at loveforbichons@gmail.com to request an application.
The adoption process with Safe Haven Bichon and Friends Rescue includes an application, reference checks, and a home visit. We do not ship dogs on planes or send them on transports. Adopters need to come to the foster home to adopt.
