My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Preston! I'm a 3 month old bichon frise puppy. I was recently rescued from a puppy mill because I apparently didn't sell when I was a tiny puppy (6 - 10 weeks old). My litter mates Kolton and Sheldon are also available for adoption.

I'm your typical pup who loves to run and play with my litter mates as well as play with toys and cuddle with my foster parents. When they hold me, I just melt in their arms. It's so nice to finally have a soft blanket to sleep on, good food, and lots of love and attention from my foster parents, all things I didn't have in the puppy mill.

Since being rescued, I've been brought up to date on vaccinations and dewormed. Before going to my forever home, I will be neutered. I'm being fed a high-quality puppy food that doesn't contain any corn, wheat, soy meat by-products or other low-quality ingredients, and I hope my new family will continue to feed me a high-quality food for the rest of my life. The adoption process with Safe Haven Bichon and Friends Rescue includes an application, reference checks, and a home visit. We do not ship dogs on planes or send them on transports. Adopters need to come to the foster home to adopt.
