Buddy has come a long way from the very scared stray caught by animal control along with his girlfriend, on whom he was quite dependent.  She was adopted, and poor Buddy was left alone and bewildered.  He's now far more sociable and 'comfortable in his own skin.'  He's a happy dog now : )  

Quiet, *not* yappy.

I'm guessing at his breed mix.
