Champ was an owner surrender to a high kill rural shelter. He is now feeling more comfortable and coming out of his shell. He was afraid and submissive. Never aggressive. He is fully vetted and neutered. He is also heartworm negative! Champ is ready for his second chance with his FUREVER family.
