My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Merlin. I'm about 18 mos to 2 years old. I was saved from a kill shelter in Apple Valley, CA, and transported to safety in Oregon. I'm currently staying in a social boarding kennel in Tualatin, OR. It's nice but, hopefully, it is only temporary for me until I find my perfect home. Everyone says that I'm a very good looking boy. I'm extremely kind, gentle, loving, and engaging with all people. I also, love to chase the ball and play with other dogs. I'm pretty easy going about everything around me. My favorite thing of all is to be hugged and petted. Besides being good natured, I'm crate, kennel, leash, and house trained, and ride quietly in the car. I really don't understand why I am homeless. I keep hoping that I can find a great forever home with a loving forever family before too long. My goal is to home for Christmas and to be able to celebrate a very happy New Year.
