Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ember, previously known as Zoe, is a sweet, young Labrador mix, somewhere under a year old. She is crate and house trained, knows how to sit and shake and is working on learning down and walking nicely on a leash. One course of obedience classes will help her learn these new behaviors with her new family.
She is good with other dogs and has lived with cats and small children (toddlers and an 8 month old baby). She is active, loves to play with toys and run in the fenced yard. She will definitely need a good amount of exercise daily, like playing fetch, walks and off-leash running and learning new commands.
She was taken in temporarily by someone a few weeks ago, who took her in after she was posted as "free to a good home' on the internet.
Adoption fees:
Young Dogs (6 Months to a year of age): $250 includes Spay/Neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, up to date heartworm preventative, microchip with lifetime enrollment and heartworm test.
Adoption process:
Download our application here: http://s512432328.online.de/louislegacy/images/site/Adoption%20Application%20-%20DOG-2.docx and email it to LLFrescue@gmail.com.
Once your completed application is received, it will be reviewed by our adoption team. We will then contact your personal and veterinary references. Once those steps are completed and approved, we will setup an initial meeting and home visit, which may sometimes happen at the same time. The adoption team will get back to you once all steps are completed to setup the final adoption, including payment of adoption fee and execution of the adoption contract.
Our adoption contract does include a 14 day trial period where the pet can be returned to the rescue and the adoption fee is refunded. We want to make sure that it is a great fit for your family and also for the pet!
