My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

KC is a really sweet 5 month old puppy. She loves playing with dogs and likes people .... women more than men. She will be no more than 45 lbs when fully grown and is about 15 lbs right now. She is good with cats and kids (over 6) and will make a great second dog!

She likes to play ball and loves being held. She is a bit shy because she got some of her 'bravado' from her bigger brother, but we're working with her and she's doing great.

KC had a rough start in life. She was brought into the shelter in Sumpango Guatemala by a kind American woman. After nursing her back to health, she was flown to the United States one of 4 lucky puppies that avoided spending their life in a shelter. Guatemala loves purebred dogs and dog shows but treats mixed breed puppies like KC with indifference and often abuses them.
