Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Baby and I am a beautiful Mustache Parakeet around 10-11 years old. I like to greet you in the morning by saying “Good morning Baby.” I can also say pretty girl, good boy and I love you. And if you answer, I will have a whole conversation with you, even though my foster Mom says she can’t tell everything I say, but she says it makes her laugh. I love to eat and I also love to play, but I definitely like to just hang out and relax, too. My foster parronts say that I am a very quiet, well-mannered bird. I do LOVE all kinds of people and I like being around other birds. I did come into rescue with an Eclectus parrot, but we are not bonded, I just like to be around other birds in general. I love to eat fruits, veggies, and pellets and some high quality seeds, and I also love millet. My foster Mom says that I am a little thin, but they are making sure that I am continuing to gain weight with healthy, nutritious foods. I came into rescue with a very bad wing trim and it caused me to lose my balance and slightly injure my wing, but the FPR vet put me on medication and I don’t mess with the area, my foster Mom says it is healing very well. I don’t step up yet, but my foster Mom says I am improving and that I am no longer afraid – I just take some time to settle in, is all, you just have to be patient with me. I love to take showers and I also love sitting on the enclosed lanai (under supervision of course) to get some sunlight on my face! In the sun, you can see all the rainbow colors on my head. My foster Mom says I am a little bird with a big personality, so I hope that you will come and visit me very soon so I can make you smile and laugh every day!

An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird’s cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
