My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Itus is a 2 year old male black great dane. This big guy turned up in a high kill shelter. He has adjusted very well to his new life in foster. He has done well with the other danes in his foster. He is a very big sweet guy. He is also the favorite dog of the toddler in his foster home, they are best buddies.

Itus is heartworm positive Class I and is currently undergoing heartworm treatment. His Xray shows that this is early stage and we anticipate that he will make a full recovery with no major lasting effects. JGDR will cover the cost of this treatment even if he goes into a new home while being treated. This big guy is BEAUTIFUL and a sweetheart.
