Perdita will make you laugh with her goofy and playful personality.  She is loyal, lovable and gives kisses to humans and dogs alike.  She is GREAT with other dogs,  wants to sit in your lap and is the perfect sized and temperament dog to take anywhere with you.  She would make a great service dog, as she loves to please.
