My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lava was found as a stray by a kind hearted family several months ago...and promptly gave birth to a litter of puppies. The family managed to adopt out the two other puppies but no one wanted poor Shorty (also us for adoption through CAARE). He is now about 5 months old and the family has asked us to rehome both Lava and her pup (as they hadn't intended on keeping her, but were kind enough to take care of her for all this time).
We are therefore looking for adopters for these two cutie pies. Lava is thought to be about 2 years old. Please contact allison@caarerescue.com for more information.
