My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet girl was wandering on her own for a few days before coming to Safe Shelter. We think she was someone's house pet; she's excellently housetrained, sits on command, is a great watchdog, and doesn't much care for that outdoor-pen thing. She's white at the muzzle, and seemed stiff when she first checked in, also had the beginning of a skin issue with some fur loss. Two weeks later, she zooms around the exercise yard like a pup, and her coat is looking 100% better. Lila now rooms with Jake, a young male dog, and they love to play together.
Update:Lila had a visit to the vet clinic, and it turns out she's not nearly as old as we thought. Thay estimated her age as 3-5. Also they discovered that she does some extra tricks we didn't know about: she lays down and rolls over . She is now current on vaccinations and has been heartworm tested. She is also probably spayed.
