Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Madeline was in a home with 100+ other dogs. All were seized and taken to the county shelter. Rescues and adopters came from near and far to save them...until only four were left. They were the outcasts of the outcasts, and they were picked over time and again. And that's where we came in! They came home with us, and Madeline was one of those four.
Madeline is a sweet little girl! She is currently in a foster home and getting much needed attention. She loves toys and play time. She is good on a leash and is crate trained as well. With her long history of no potty training, she is surprisingly doing well in this area and improving daily. Madeline can be rather shy, especially with men, but she is warming up to her foster dad and learning to trust. She is just a great girl, and she will make some lucky family very happy to have a dog!
Madeline requires an application, vet reference, home visit, and minimum donation of $75 to adopt. She is also available for a foster-to-adopt trial period to an approved home (to be sure she's a good fit for your family). Madeline has been spayed, vaccinated (including da2ppv, rabies and bordetella), micro chipped, and dewormed. She weighs 11 pounds, is heartworm negative (with a most recent testing on 09/02/14), and on heartworm and flea prevention as well. She is blind in her left eye, but requires no special medical treatment.
