Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Layla is an amazing miniature Poodle. So gentle and loving. A nice warm lap seems to be her very favorite place, and if you're lucky, you'll get a few sweet kisses. . . Oh, who are we fooling. . .she gives sweet kisses to everyone!
She's about ten (10) pounds and three years old. She is as sweet as pie! Loves to snuggle and cuddle. She's good with other dogs in the home, big and small. Loves to go for walks, though she still needs a little work on a leash. Good with kids. We suspect she'd be fine with cats because she's so mellow, but we don't know that for sure.
She's been sleeping in the bed with her foster mom and loves to burrow under the covers. (She does not like being in a crate!) Good in the home and quiet.
Layla was rescued from one of LA's shelters, and came in as a filthy, matted mess. She had to be shaved down, only to reveal a few open wounds. They've all healed and her hair is growing back. In a couple more weeks, you'll never know the difference!
Layla is up-to-date on her shots, spayed, microchipped and ready for her Forever Home. Let us know if you're interested.
