Here's what the humans have to say about me:
5yr old spayed female, who came from a dilapidated home. She lived with two other dogs. Had no socialization nor had she ever worn a collar. She now wears a collar and is learning to walk on lead. She takes food from your hand very gently. She knows come and sit. She is starved for attention and affection. She will ignore other dogs, until they try and get "her" attention time. She will react to aggressive or barking dogs. She is very intelligent! She would best be suited for a home with a good sized fenced yard, with active people who can keep her mind busy. She is a very quick learner and loves to play fetch. At this time she would not be good in a dog park type situation. She gets excited about being around people so small children would not be a good fit. She isn't bothered by cats, nor does she show much interest in them. She is currently living in a kennel situation and this is causing her a good deal of anxiety. She really needs to be out of kennel and into a home with people who will love her, show her patience but firm leadership.
