About Pedro:

History: Pedro came from an overcrowded shelter in California

Health: Pedro is up to date on DAPP, Bordatella and rabies vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and flea treated. Pedro is believed to have been hit by a car over 3 months ago and suffered from a dislocated hip and fractured pelvis. He had FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery and is doing very well. He is starting to walk on 4 legs and is on the road to living a pain free life.


Notes from Pedro's foster family: Pedro is a true lover. He craves snuggles and belly rubs and is truly grateful for any affection and attention. He has been recovering well from his hip surgery and has already shown signs of wanting to play. So, I imagine a spunkier side will surface in the months to come as he starts to enjoy four working legs. Pedro is happiest when he is around.

Pedro can be a bit timid when you first meet him so he might need some patience to help build his confidence. Deep down, he is dying to be your “little spoon.” He has done great around our three dogs and 2-year-old son. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have this little fella join their family. Pedro deserves nothing less than an amazing household. He is a unique treasure and is ready to fill the role of your most loyal companion.
