I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**************************COURTESY POST FOR PARTNER RESCUE*********************
Siamese / Balinese Lookalike (Cat is not papered and we do not know his DNA/lineage)
My name is Tyson, but my good friends call me Chicken Chunks. If you are looking for the perfect indoor only cat friend, I'm your guy. I'm the most friendly cat you will meet. I love to sit on your lap, purr and snuggle. I don't mind other cats or dogs, in fact I am very laid back! Everyone says I'm amazing because I have been through so much. I was originally dumped in a very high kill shelter, then along with well over 200 of my friends, I was "adopted".
Unfortunately my mom didn't do well when the officials were called out. They called her a hoarder. She must have been very nice to me because I am still perfect. I wasn't neglected or abused, but there were lots of other sick cats at our house. I got pretty lucky with staying healthy, but unfortunately after the people that said my mom was bad took us all away. We all went back to another high kill shelter. We were so sad. Many that were sick went to heaven, many more others that were still treatable with some medicine didn't get rescued and they went to heaven too.
My housemates, Billy & Clyde got lucky too and Priceless Pets made room for all three of us. Unfortunately because I tested positive for FIV I am not allowed to go to the adoption center like Billy & Clyde, but that's ok, because I have a great place to stay until I meet my forever family and my foster momma said that I don't have to worry anymore.
FIV positive cats in most shelter situations when tested are euthanized. Since the shelter didn't test me, I got lucky and ended up at a No-Kill Rescue, Priceless Pets. But while I'm here I hope to teach a few people that FIV is not a deadly disease, you can't catch it. Your dogs can't catch it, it's even super hard for other cats to "catch" FIV.
Help me teach others how to separate FIV Myths from Facts! Check out this great article!
