This gorgeous girl with the sweet face & beautiful smile is Rosie! She was rescued on her last day at Animal Control, pregnant with 7 puppies! Her pups have all found homes and she's ready to find her Forever Home! She's one year old, spayed, current on her shots, microchipped and house trained & crate trained. She's a good girl in her crate and when she hears the words, 'night night' she knows it's bedtime and heads straight to her crate! Rosie is a submissive, friendly girl who loves everyone she meets, whether they're dogs, cats or kids! Sometimes she's a little shy around men, especially in her crate, but she'll warm up and become friends with them.
Love should be this little lady's middle name because she's so sweet & affectionate! Rosie is very happy being around her people, she loves snuggling with her Foster Mom and her favorite time of day is naptime, when she gets to sleep snuggled up to her on the couch. She enjoys getting attention from her people, especially scratches & belly rubs, and she'll return the favor with sweet kisses, which are her specialty! She loves giving kisses, sometimes she'll roll over on her Foster Mom's lap and spend time giving her kisses - it's really touching and just adds to her charm! She's such a gorgeous girl, her big, dark eyes are full of sweetness and her fur is so soft, she's such a joy to cuddle & hold close!
Rosie enjoys playing and loves toys! Her favorites are squeaky toys and she likes spending time with a rawhide, which she thinks are the best! This frisky gal still plays like a puppy, especially with her toys, which makes her Foster Mom laugh! When she was rescued, she was only a few months old & already a Mama, she hasn't had the chance to learn how to be a dog but she's learning now and really enjoying herself! She loves hanging out with the two big dogs in her Foster Home, the two cats and puppies.
Smart & attentive, Rosie is a quick learner. She knows the commands Sit, Stay & Down and she loves treats and all food so training her could be pretty fun! Walks are one of her favorite activities and she tends to pull on the leash but is working on that. She also likes running and would make an excellent running or jogging buddy! Rosie likes car rides & is well-behaved in the car and she's been to public places and has been such a good girl!
