Meet Sawyer! Sawyer is a beautiful, sweet, fun-loving 9 month old male GSD. He came into rescue when his owners no longer wanted him and dumped him out in a cow pasture in rural TN. He had been out there for a few weeks when we learned of his plight, and was showing the affects of having to fend for himself. He came into rescue with Ranger, also available for adoption.

Sawter is a wonderful boy. He loves life, people of all ages and sizes, and other dogs. He is interested but not aggressive with cats. He is a fast learner, very eager to please, and extremely food motivated. When he first came into rescue, we suspect he had never been on a leash, but he is learning to walk nicely on one. He's also doing a great job with house training, and is already crate trained. Sawyer needs a home with lots of love to give, and some one willing to remind him every day he never has to worry about being abandoned and having to fend for himself ever again. He is still very much puppy, and is enjoying every minute of getting to act like one!

Sawyer is being fostered in Gloucester, MA

Sawyer is neutered, utd on routine vaccinations, flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention. He has also been microchipped. He must go to a home where he will live inside as an important member of the family.

Sawyer's adoption fee is $475 which includes all age appropriate vet care, neuter, microchip and associated costs.

We do not have a physical shelter, our dogs and puppies are in private foster homes. We do not adopt to anyone under 21.
