My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Copter is a relaxed cockatiel. When I went in his cage to take his picture he just sat there and started to open his wings. He does whistle some and he will play with his toys. He is semi tame and is making progress with hands everyday. He likes to sit on his perch and see what everyone is doing. He is in need of a loving home to work with him and to give him the love he needs. Thank you for looking.
