Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Her pointy black ears tilt slightly forward, adding an impish look to her already happy and openly inviting face. This black and white 8-year-old Boston beauty is a 20-pound blend of peppy and placid, sensitively reflecting the energy level of her surroundings. That said, this fine and friendly Boston belle, who is slightly skittish around loud noises and sudden movements, prefers a calm and quiet environment, and will behave accordingly – calmly and quietly, except for those times when she’s very excited. Then she will release a few of those oh-so-familiar Boston barks.
The most gregarious of gals, Zoey loves to meet new people and is more than happy to offer them instant kisses. She also loves meeting and being with dogs of all sizes, but sadly for the squirrel population, Zoey is happiest when chasing (and not catching) them all around the yard of her foster home. She is also happy to sleep all afternoon at the foot of her foster mom’s desk, but invite her out for a lovely long walk and she’s up and eager to go. In fact, she walks “like a dream” on a leash, keeping close to her foster mom’s side, while her sweet, smiling face attracts attention everywhere they go. Deliciously affectionate, adorable Zoey adores cuddling up close with her fosters, and makes contented little “snorfle” sounds when her belly’s being rubbed. While in foster care, Zoey has had an issue of a small defecation in her sleep. She has been seeing a chiropractor for adjustments over the last few months and it has greatly improved. However this may or may not be an ongoing issue. It has been discussed that it may be exacerbated with stress so there may be a set back once placed in her forever home until a proper routine is established and Zoey feels secure. Comfortable enough in her crate, she much prefers being left free to sleep in her doggy bed whenever she’s left alone. Although partially blind in her left eye due to an ulcer, Zoey can run zoomies with the best of them, and isn’t hampered or hindered at all. So accustomed to company during the day, Zoey’s dream house (without cats, please) would be a replica of what she has now, but with a best doggy friend as a bonus for added companionship always. Zoey is being fostered in Toronto, On. For further information, please contact adoptions@bostonterrierrescuecanada.com
