This adorable little snuggle bug is Emma! She's about 18 weeks old, spayed, microchipped, current on her shots and is working on potty training, is crate trained & sleeps in her crate at night. She's a friendly puppy who's a little shy when she first meets someone but she warms up quickly. Emma gets along great with dogs & kids, especially those in her Foster Home, and she hasn't met any cats yet but she's young so she'll probably like them, too! She asked us to please make sure her Forever Home has another dog so she can have a playmate, cuddle buddy & companion.
Emma is sweet, silly & totally irresistible! She's all about being with her people, she enjoys following her Foster Mom around the house and her favorite nights are those when her Foster Parents let her sleep in bed with them for a few hours. She loves to snuggle and she enjoys being held like a baby & cuddling up against her people. She likes to sit at their feet or in their laps - and she's a good girl who doesn't jump on furniture, she waits to be picked up & placed there. Emma loves getting attention whether it's ear rubs or belly rubs and she gives the sweetest puppy kisses! With such an adorable face and those big, brown puppy dog eyes, it's hard not to fall in love with this little sweetheart!
Like most puppies, Emma is full of fun puppy energy & very playful. She loves it when her Foster Parents get down on the floor with her and she'll bring them a toy to play tug-of-war with. She really likes toys and her favorites are balls & soft, puppy-sized toys. This frisky little lady also likes to run around the yard & explore and chase & wrestle with the other dogs. When it's time to rest, she likes to nap in her crate or on a lap, curled up with her favorite blanket
Emma learns pretty quickly and is a smart puppy! She knows how to Sit, and will automatically sit when her Foster Parents stand still in front of her. When she's outside and wants to go inside, she'll sit by their feet to let them know she's ready. She also knows the word No and will go into her crate when told no. It's so cute when the other dogs in the house are told No, she thinks it's for her and goes straight into her crate. She's a very good girl when the front door or gate is left open and doesn't try to run away and the only time she barks is when the dogs in the house bark at strangers. Emma's working on learning how to shake and dance and with the help of peanut butter dog treats, her favorite, training her should be fun & not too difficult! She's not a picky eater but she prefers Iams pet food since others have upset her tummy.
Full of silly puppy antics, this goofy girl creates a lot of laughter & happiness in her Foster Home. She likes to amuse herself by digging in her water bowl then pick up the bowl and run off with it. Her Foster Mom quickly learned to move the bowl around the room to mop the kitchen! It's funny & so cute at the same time! Emma can't wait for the day she finds her Forever Family! She promises to give them lots of love, snuggles & puppy kisses!
