Ziggy was an owner release for his best interest. He came to us with skin issues, likely from a lack of knowledge on how to care for his delicate skin. He is currently in a foster home with another Chinese Crested and a Bichon. His foster Mom says she has nothing bad to say about Ziggy and that he loves children. Ziggy has been neutered and vaccinated and is ready for his forever family!
