Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
King has had a rough go of things. He came from a local shelter, as a stray, matted and full of foxtails, microchipped, and his family did not come for him during his 10 day hold. He was then turned down by 2 potential adopters at the shelter because he was sick. Once he came to SCR, he was immediately admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. He has since been on antibiotics and has finally been given the "all clear" to be neutered and then put up for adoption.
King is a sweet, sensitive boy, who has had no formal training, but is willing to learn. He is in the same foster home as Reece, and loves to run and play with her. His favorite past times are running, chasing and monitoring the fence line from "intruders"! He will do fine with other dogs or by himself as an only dog. He has not been tested with cats.
His neutering is scheduled for October 1 and he will be ready for his forever home within 1-2 weeks following his surgery.
