Update: Clarkson, KY – Sweet young Dorothy is pleading for a loving home BUT she needs a home with people who will love her brother too! heart emoticon She adores him so much that despite living with other cats, her brother Oz is the only one she loves and the only one she’ll play and sleep with. Found together at 5 weeks of age, they remain inseparable! From their silly and often hilarious antics to their warm and wonderful personalities, these two are the double dose of love that we just know someone out there is searching for. We have received many inquiries and a few applications from people who want Oz but they don't ever seem to want dear Dorothy. Please share so that they might find that special person who will want both of them. heart emoticon
Yesterday we introduced you to Oz again after featuring him here in early December. He and his sister Dorothy still haven’t found homes so as promised, today we journey back to Clarkson, Kentucky to a special spot along the yellow brick road to learn the very sweet and magical Dorothy. But wait! Do you hear that sound?! Why, it’s a motor of some kind and it’s getting louder as it approaches us from just beyond the Land of the Twinkle-Toe Tabbies! Look everyone! There! It’s, It’s…..
It’s darling little Dorothy pouncing and leaping at the shadows of the leaves in the trees as they bob and sway in the breeze. She’s coming toward us and…. that’s no motor we’re hearing at all! It’s the sound of Dorothy purring! What an absolute delight she is! She’s 5 months old and she’s made of sunshine and kitty kisses! She is just as playful and happy as can be and the best thing about her is that she loves everyone! When she journeyed to see the great mysterious LOL-cat, he held her on his knee, laughed out loud, and made her a promise that she would soon leave the land of Clarkson and travel to a home and loving family of her own! But he said that her forever home can’t happen unless everyone she meets clicks their heels three times and spreads here story far and wide. Here she is waiting for that special someone to adopt her and love her forever! She wonders what forever means and she has heard that it’s a kind of wonderful that never, ever ends. Can you help her find it?! She’s fully vetted and ready to travel to her new home. Transport is often available so if you’re interested in her, please don’t hesitate to fill out an adoption application here:
